aw4 transmission got nothing !!!

aw4 transmission got nothing !!!
ok people I'm ne to the forum so I hope this is the right place . 1989 xj aw4trans np242. I went to park the other day, went to switch to reverse and got nothing. put it back into drive and got nothing. restarted the truck and got drive back for about 15secs then nothing. hoping it was a clogged filter I changed it with a new one and fresh fluid as well. I then test drove it and it ran and shifted great for about 10 mins. went to park again and nothing. now when I restart it ill get drive or reverse for 15sec to 1min or so checked the tcu and its fine to if anyone can help the would be great thanks!
