The AW4 is pretty beefy already. I have seen some adapted to fit SBCs.
The AW4 comes bolted to the 4.0 in XJs.
Can we have a little more information about your jeep and what you are wanting to do?

the 4.0l was bored and stroked to a 4.7l i put a turbo on it and redid the head and internals its pushing 500hp at the crank on the dyno

Ahh...I wish i had more info on building the AW4, i passed a site at one time that mentioned a few things. If i can find it I will give you the info.
I have a friend who is bored and stroked to 4.6 and still uses stock aw4. His is also far less than 500hp though.
