Got a P0122 & P0700 error code on the reader

 

P0122 is throttle position sensor voltage low. The TPS also feeds the TCM, thus the generic P0700 code.

I suspect the TPS wasn't put on properly...can be done BTW.

 

Does which way the TPS is installed matter? Like can it be installed upside down?

Well as has been mentioned it is doubtful the injectors are the problem. I'm not sure what injectors you put in exactly but I will assume you have the blue Ford 0280155715's? While they do put out more fuel than stock injectors you are only talking 10% more and combined with your bored throttle body and CAI they should be a perfect fit. Even with stock air flow the extra 10% @ wide open throttle might make you run a bit rich but wouldn't being to multiply your rpms many fold. I ran the #24 and even #27 injectors in my '94 XJ just to see what would happen and had no real operational problems

 

With a broken Heep I don't think so

 

ive seen this happen before on a TJ, You've got a leak somewhere in a vacuum line, or the throttle body gasket, etc. air is getting into the intake somewhere other than just through the throttle body.
