Default Aux lights dimmer switch

I did a search and couldn't find anything....

I live in Antigua like some of you might know. There's no street lights on most roads unless you're in town. So flicking your brights on and off as cars approach you is getting pretty annoying. I am going to hook up a foot switch. What I was wondering is are these two the same?? The picture of the one just shows the terminals, I figure it should be the same but I cant get a full picture. I'm trying to save that extra 8 dollars lol.

Also I'm looking for some decent lights. I'm going to add 2-3 lights on my front bumper. My friend told me Hellas but im having trouble finding a decent price. I found some decent prices from Quadratec. I'm just looking for a good all around brightness far and wide. I was thinking if I had three I might angle out the 2 end ones a tiny bit for more width or is that not nessecary. Someone learn me on some lights pwease.

I'll look into that tomorrow. I mean since it's an island in the middle of the ocean and no street lights, it gets PITCH black here. Some back roads you cant see your hand if you turn the car lights off. Alittle sketchy in the middle of the night out in those places. Don't want to stumble across someones "feild"
