Default Autobody help

So The more i take apart my jeep the more I can tell it was in a wreck. At fist I found that the front a pillar had be straited and bondod over. Then today I notice the the driver side rocker is all bondo. What should I do? All of the bondo is cracked and noticeable.I plan on bed lining the out side so it doesn't have to be perfect.
