mine does the same thing when im just off the gas, but when i start braking it drops. . i wouldnt worry too much about it. mine has always done it. but you can try to adjust the tv cable
thought its probly not going to have anything to do with that, it will just adjust the shift points and better mpgs if it changes at all. or anything is bound up that will tell you aswell.

alright, i will take care of that tomorrow along with changing the diff fluid and see what I can figure out. Thanks for all the fast help!!

If you tap the brakes does the engine rpm drop back to normal? Might be the TCC failing to unlock.
In any case take a look at the TPS. That's what tells your engine and your TCU that you are decelerating.

You might want to check your grounds... yeah, sounds crazy, but at the oil dipstick tube bolt all your trans components ground to the engine.
