Question auto tranny vib

hey guys need some help i drive a 98 XJ 2 wheel drive automatic lifted 3inches with bf a/t 30/9.5/15 an i get a vib noise that comes from my tranny whenever i start to decell have no idea what it is an completly confused

Default Bad Vibs

First pull the driveshaft and check the ujoints. You can adjust the rear diff incline with shimms under the spring mount plates it may be out of angle alighnment with the tranny, causing a vibration.

may be something, may be nothing, just give it a shot. Check your rear spring pad u-bolts that they are tight, also look at the condition of your universal joints. Set brake, put in neutral (engine off), check for slop in U-joints. Also, with a lift, you are in a new spot on your slip yoke, just check it out. Wish you the best, hope you find it. If none of this works, have a good mechanic check your backlash in the differential. There are strange things going on in there all the time, some of which are noisy. I've also heard that rearend cap bearings get noisy at times. Have you changed the oil in the rearend recently? Good luck

havent replaced any rear diff fluid but im going to have to soon
