Who it's made by and and who uses it are 2 different things. It's used in Jeep Cherokees (and was used in Grand Cherokees for 1 year). It was engineered and manufactured by Aisin-Warner. What's so tough to understand about that? No auto company makes all their own parts. You are trying to argue that if it is in their car that it is automatically a Chrysler.
