APC temp gauge wiring?

APC temp gauge wiring?
Hi everyone, I have a APC temp gauge that I used to have installed in an other car I sold long time ago and the problem is that i'm not sure haw to wire it since I assume that the center terminal is the ground and the one in the right is the positive for the led light but the light didn't come on, I also have an oil pressure gauge and it does the same thing. Can someone help me here?
