Saw this semi circle cut out with an X in the middle when I was cleaning under the driver seat when I had it removed? Anyone know what it could be? It's an 01 Cherokee sport, 4.0L AW4

It's jeep and their generic approach. Wiring harnesses that go nowhere and prefabbed setups like holes in carpet just in case it goes into an xj with power seets..

cant say for sure though as ive never had seats out of any xj newer than mid 90s, is there any plug or harness tucked in there?

Didn't see any, was the floorpan underneath, and I didn't really look for harnesses or plugs.
