I have the middle one. It ought to be required reading before you dive into the boards here. So much of the shorthand discussed here that confuses newbies (and confused me) is explained in pretty good detail.

I think it was out of print when I bought mine, so I got it in electronic format from Google Books through the link on the book's website.

They're a good bathroom read. I don't have the second one of the "builder series".

Those are really good books to sit through and read. Plus you'll get faster information than trying to ask or Google. I have the second on. I still browse through it or this day
