Default anyone have ideas how to fix rear cut fenders

So I need to figure something to cover my rear tires so I don't get pulled over. Anyone have ideas.

i saw a few people on here use plastic landscaping edging for it. it looked good and cheap

They require lots of trimming, dont know if you have to much though...
JP magazine did a write up on them.

if not you could always make some tube fenders welded to side protection, quite a bit of work but very cool!!!

Strips of sheet metal tacked on. And a bead of RTV over that to smooth out the joint. And so water will not sit in there. Where I live, you'd be pulled over in a flash. Like that. Our police are not the nicest people either.
