So it looks like snap ring and this cheap pressed on steal cover for my output shaft failed. I think what happened was my slip yoke bottomed out bending that steal cover and knocked my snap right out of place, letting my output shaft move around causing my gears to grind. So from what i can see this T Case Saver takes place of the snap ring to hold your output shaft in place better... Anyone ever use one and if so what do you think?
