i'm not sure exactly how much mine is sitting at right now. i started with an R.E. 5.5 and added (temporarily, mine you) 3 inches of coil spacers and shackle/degree shims for the rear. i swapped out the short arms and drop brackets for a set of clayton longarms.
i have the proper drop bracket for hd adjustable track bar and upgraded to rusty's steering with a 6" drop pitman arm and heavy duty coil steering dampener.
i replaced every bushing and hub units to keep it wobble free.
next is to upgrade the brakes. i could use a bit more stopping power there.
mine drives even better than a stock xj. 120 clicks down the highway with no wobbles. not even an unbalanced tire, but i'm still gonna get new tires. my 36 iroks have a few years of weekend wheeling trips now.
