Default Any tips on removing these front spring bump stop bolts?

Ok, I don't know what they're called. But these front coil spring retainer things apparently have a 15mm bolt up inside of them. It is rusted and gnasty and I can't get a socket on there solidly even beating a socket on with a mallet.

Does anyone have any removal tips or even a way to cut these off and replace them or?? Some alternative?

Thanks, picture of what i'm talking about below, socket is on the bolt head i'm referring to.

Hey thanks, I thought that idea was working great but the cup was just spinning. I got it though, used one of those gimmicky gator grip sockets that's supposed to fit nearly any fastener and it worked like a charm. I bought that a while back and never used it until now but I'm impressed. Who knows if it'll last but it sure saved me some time on these.
