Any difference in the 7120 and 0630 heads?

Any difference in the 7120 and 0630 heads?
I really cant find any differences.
I need a new head for my 97 cherokee and found one for $230 thats been pressure tested and inspected/cleaned with all new seals,springs,valves and a valve job. Its the 7120.
Just want to make sure, but from what I have read the 7120 and 0630 are the same head with the exception of the coolant temp sensor.
