If anyone is still interested after that purple discussion those are called "nozzels" and they are available in chrome and also lighted in various colors. The lowriders here have them but since I'm not into lowriders I don't know their sources. Pick up a lowrider magazine and there is probably an ad in there.

Not exactly what i was referring to. Not the nozzle itself but that entire rectangular part between the hood and the windshield. You know, the slotted part

I am trying to figure out why he would want the cowl in chrome, I thought at first he wanted chrome wiper washer nozzles.
