did you plumb the trans cooler kit correctly? Also test your sensors with am ohm meter.
I believe I plumbed it correctly it was fairly easy to do. What do you consider correctly? I'm picking up a multimeter from work today and I'll shoot the wires tomorrow. I took a day off from the jeep today since I've been non stop almost everyday for the last couple weeks. Do you know what it's supposed to be reading?
Well I think i figured out the overheating problem... went to unplug the connector and the whole piece was sheared off..now the bottom half is stuck in there...
So guys i purchased an oem temp sensor installed it very carefully today and purged the system of air. Started the jeep and the temp gauge isn't moving at all I have no idea where to go from here I went front one side of the spectrum to the other. I picked up a multimeter from work today. What's should the resistance being around when I shoot the pigtail and the actual sensor itself? All my other gauges appear to be operating normal and when I put the car into accessory the temp gaugeas far left as it can go and stays there. When I turn the jeep off it moves very very slightly right but doesn't even break the first hash mark. I am so stumped with this guy's. I'm about to buy an aftermarket temp gauge and bypass their stupid stock temore gauge. Please help me out guys!
