Default Another 99+ Intake Question

So my dad has a 96 XJ that I am going to install an APN and he would also like a newer manifold for obvious reasons. Will he need a new PS bracket to go with it? Will his current injectors fit? TIA

The 96 P/S pump and bracket will work with the 99+ intake manifold. The 96 injectors will work too, but it would be a great time to swap in some 95-97 Neon 703 injectors while you do the intake swap.

Another question, are there any vacuum line differences between the two manifolds? I want to know exactly what I'm getting into this time.

My 95 I had to trim the intake and the vacuum lines need to be extended not hard at all you can swap one pf the fittings out so you don't have to adapt it to become bigger, and might as well do an injector swap, also for another 150 u can get a bored tb

96 has the same PS pump mounting as the 99, so you lucked out there. The vacuum lines are a no brainer, you may have to extend or shorten one or two in order to reach the nipple. The fuel line bracket will need a hole drilled between the two holes that are already there, and you may need to bend and tweak it a little for the best fit. The hardest part of the swap is getting the lower manifold bolts into the holes, if you have small hands it won't be that tough, but when you have big ol dick skinners like mine it is a pain in the butt!
