I have had the truck about a month. First two weeks everything started fine and then dead battery issues started in. Hard to say why but the A/C fan motor is wired by previous owner in such a way that even after shutting the jeep off the blower is running. I have a reminder sign there for now to make sure you shut that A/C controls off but I forgot and the battery crapped out on me. Started right up with a jump and then no more problems for about 10 days.
My wife moved the thing and then the jeep wouldn't start again. We checked that everything had been turned off but the overhead light switch wasn't all the way off and again wouldn't start the next day.
Landlord jumped it again and while it was running he took the pos. lead off the battery and said that since it was still running it couldn't be the alternator.
Went down to Wally's and bought a series 58 battery with 540 cca and installed and the jeep ran fine for three or four days.
We ran a ton of errands yesterday, jeep started fine...no issues.
Went out today and it was dead, no click, no door buzzer, no inside light, not even a whisper of turning over.
Neighbor came over and we hooked up cables and at first nothing but after a few minutes started up but it wasn't roaring to life, just kind of rolled over slowly and then caught and we were off.
I just got home from driving it for half an hour. Turned it off to take two items out of the back [literally under a minute] and got back in to check if the thing would start and all I got was "click".
I am a severe noob here, don't have deep pockets in any way and not sure what to even start looking for. I made sure nothing was on, , no lights, detached face plate to radio, no fans, doors all shut tight and properly. Wiper switch is off, rear wiper, rear defrost...everything I can think of.
I have no idea what to look for next?
Help

You need a volt meter. The old 'pull the terminal' trick doesn't tell you the whole truth.
Get it running and check the voltage across the battery. Let me know what it says.

First thanks for the help.
Really frustrated at the jeep and only 2 weeks out from a cervical spinal fusion so when the car doesn't run it reeks havoc on my life more than normal.
Had a friend check with a volt meter and the reading was 14 [same as my inside gauge] or almost pegged.
At first it read nothing and then he moved the negative lead from the meter a little and the meter responded with that number.
I ran some errands without shutting off the jeep and when I got home [after about 2 hours of use] the jeep would restart right away after shutting it off; something it would not do this AM.
It almost seems as thought there is something shorting out and occasionally just prevents the vehicle from working.
Suggestions I was given today: bad starter, battery leads, starter solenoid, connections of the negative lead to what they thought was the coil as it connect to the dist cap as well. Other suggestion was to take leads of off the battery and clean the terminal posts as I used the felt pads and anti-corrosion spray on them once the battery was hooked us. I guess the thought there was maybe some of the spray has leaked down onto the terminal posts in such a way that it is preventing a good connection????
My line of sight is limited due to my cervical collar so I am not really sure what they were looking at.

I would start by checking all you grounding point and clean them. Make sure to check the connection to your starter and make sure the starter isn't covered in oil.
BTW, DO NOT pull the battery cables when it is running. That use to work on older vehicles before the started putting in the computer. All that can do is short something out and cause more problems then you started out with.

make sure the starter isn't covered in oil.
did the canned spray degreaser three/four weeks back and went to car wash to use engine degreaser to help find leak location.
the whole passenger side of block was covered.
didn't have any issues until about 10 days after that, none right away at least
