Those wires may have gone to test ports they used at the factory. If you don't have some somewhere else that's likely. Not a problem.

I have DLC connecters on the other side of my engine bay if that's what your referring too

Whats your idle issue? Is your vac. line from the MAP sensor going to the throttle body?

Its just a chassis connector...from the body harness...to the engine harness...common place of failure...also common to bypass.

yes that vacuum line is connected, im pretty sure i traced my idle issue down to a bad O2 sensor

any word on the aux fan running off of a toggle. bad idea?

you can run it off a toggle switch no problems. at least thats what i heard. mines auto but ive heard of lots of people putting a switch to turn it on manually.

Its the Firewall Electrical Connector.
really just a junction box...
