The UOA's I got back when I was running T6 (with a larger oil filter) indicated that I could probably make at least 7500 between changes. I never found MY upper limit because I switched to a different oil. Now I just run Pennz yellow bottle on 5k OCI's because multiples of 5 on an odometer is a no-brainer to recognize and that also allows me to sync 10k mile tire rotations to every other oil change with ease.
I say MY upper limit because if you want to get the absolute most out of an oil, you'll have to send samples in for UOA to a place like Blackstone Labs periodically to see just where your oil is at for your given engine. You won't have to do this forever, but you'll have to do this at first so that you can see when YOUR engine has broken the oil down, consumed the additives, or contaminated the oil beyond its usefulness--every engine, especially at our 4.0's ages, will be a little different.

Not that you can go by me but everything with me is time. Older, no life, and live a 1/2 mile from work. Oil gets changed in April and October. Maybe 2500 miles on each oil change. Just use conventional oil. Tires get rotated every April. Wiper blades every April too. Every even year in April Tranny fluid, TC fluid, and anti-freeze get dumped. Fluid Film applied in October. Power washed off in April. Once I am done working on the Jeep will probably Fluid Film in April and October. Stuff is great but when working under there boy is it a mess. Washed and detailed really good, inside and out, every April and October. I would like my Jeep to outlive me.
