All I need is 1" lift or a little more in the rear.
I know Im gonna catch hell, but Im thinking 1" blocks.
Theres gotta be something simpler then replacing the leaf packs.
I realize its not much, but it drives me crazy every time I look at it!
Advice?

ah... nothing wrong with 1" blocks. You can get em cheap on eBay.
You also could considder a shackle lift.

I'm running 1" blocks with load-bearing leafs here and have no complaints nor problems. The rear was sagging on mine, too, so I threw them on while swapping the rear axle. Once the load-bearing leafs broke in, the rear remained surprisingly flexy. I say go ahead and throw the 1-inchers under it.

Lots of sagging before 1" blocks/load-bearers:

No more sag after (and a different paint job, of course):

Your profile says you already have a shackle lift. If you lifted the front and rear the same amount, but the Jeep doesn't sit level, then your springs are probably pretty shot, and upgrading them should be a goal. But there's nothing wrong with an inch or two from blocks. They're cheap, easy, you get new U-bolts in the deal usually, and they don't increase your spring rate.
