alignment help how many shims for caster?

I'm wondering if that's part of my problem. I have RE 4.5" superflex CA's that are not adjustable. The rear was sitting a good 3 inches higher than the front (winch bumper and winch) so I put my 1.5" spacers back in the front. My shackle angle is horrible, sitting at almost 100* (RE 3.5" leaf springs and 1" RE extended shackles that came with the kit) the rear still sits a good 1.5" - 2" higher.

Whats your lift consist of?
