Default alignment after lift

its a bit of a long story, but got my 4.5 superflex on my xj finally with 32s. I had a local guy give me a hand and he aligned it twice. The only issue im facing is pulsating vibes around 45-55mph on and off. for a few seconds and the two front tires are def wearing eneven over the whole tire. I then took it to big g tire and they said they can only adjust the toe? I attached a pic of the alignment check specs from my phone so hope it uploads. Just looking for some input since im no expert on aligning it thanks guys

The caster is adjustable. I've plenty of them. There is a shoe on the body end of the lower control arm you shim to get more caster.

It sounds like a goofy tire acting up.

I'd tighten up the toe a fuzz. Get to the inside min. Looks like good numbers. I did 4x4's for a living.

Are you running stock control arms? If you are you won't be able to fix caster, of you have fixed arms for the lift they are wrong. You won't get it green with the stock adjusters. There are aftermarket control arm mounts that are slotted for caster adjustment but then you have to cut the old ones of and weld the new ones in. As for the camber issue I'm gonna guess worn balljoint

There is plenty of adjustment for caster. It doesn't use cams. It uses shims. Those are diff mounts you're talking about. I've done many of those.
