i have a 1997 jeep grand chero and the other day at a mall had my alarm go off and i couldn't shut it off with my remote,so i figured my batteries were dead in remote so i went to get a few new ones.. put new batteries in and unlocked jeep the alarm went off again and couldn't shut off alarm again, had a screaming kid telling me to shut it off lol so had to deal with that to and think ...so do i need to get someone to reset the remote so i can shut off alarm or is there away i can reset the alarm by pulling a fuse or something... thanks for any kind of input

 

try takeing the bat cable pos off then turn the key on as if vechicle was running and reatach the cable see what happens leave key on during this opperation
