Hello, I was wondering if anyone may know if the airbag module from a 2000 tj will work in a 2000 xj? I popped the cover off of my old module out of my xj and opened up the module out of the tj out of curiosity. Other than the shape of the housing the components look the same. I purchased a complete set up that was supposed to be for a xj off of ebay and all was identical except the module. I believe the parts came from a 2000 tj. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

 

There's probably a good reason no one has responded to your post....no one wants to stick their neck out saying that odd duck ABCM is okay for an XJ.

Looks like Evilbay has struck again. Shipping the wrong parts. Send it back.
