Default AH! my steering almost killed me

I was driving around a small curve going around 70km/h and i hit a bump and the front end let go and straightened out but my steering wheel was still turned towards the curve. Now my steering is even more off then it used to be..and i need an alignment, but I feel theres something very loose. What should I check most importantly ? Ive got a 95 on 33's.
