Default after i change a crankshaft position sensor?

is there anything i have to reset or things like that
because now my cherokee idles rough and boggsdown?
and is throwing ignition coil codes i think

I would test the other ignition components. When my CPS blew out, a whole bunch of other parts went with it. You could try disconnecting the battery to reset the computer, though.

would it be worth taking it in to be plugged in to the "awesome super computer reader" (mech's words not mine)

is it a brand new CPS or used one???? if its a used one it could be bad..... if its brand new, maybe try disconnecting the battery for a min or so, the reconnect it, and cycle your key a few times before starting it

it was brand new tried all the battery stuff but nothing sadly

i changed cps and camshaft position sensor and the code reader gave me codes to the effect of coil pack "C" is bad is there any thing that could only cause missfires on coil pack "c"?

Pending on the brand you bought it could be bad from the box. I have heard of this happening before. Ive heard it happening a lot with OEM parts.. someone told me to only use standard brand parts.
