Default Best Long Arms?

I have been looking around for the cheapest set of long arms i could find and have found that the rough country set is the most cheap. I just wanted to know your guys opinions on this set? Good flex? Durable? Easy to put on? Let me know.

Thanks

i wouldn't buy anything rough country.

you said best, but you're looking for cheap.

if you want best, look into clayton, bds, rock crawler or staang's.

if you want cheap, anything else. lol.

look for staang's fab on ebay. selling for 800 new, built with currie johnny joints.

I run RK's 3 link Love it and flexes well. I recommend welding the mounts on instead of just bolting them up. After all your life depends on it

x2 there is not such thing as long arms and cheap if you want the best. RC is like a STD that I would stay far away from. I have had the claytons long arms on 3 different xjs. they are pure beef. Unlike the RC long arm kit that bolts on ans the bolts overtime will wallow out the claytons cross member mount welds on.

I really don't think there's a perfect kit.

RC- Hangs too low, someone on JF already belt the crossmember. Not cool. Also, someone called them and they said the arms were 3/16th wall hrew tube, but I called, and they say its DOM. Maybe they should list it....

TNT- Seems really hard to install, takes a while to drop, and costs 1000 bucks. I want it, but can't afford it.

RK- No tcase protection, expensive

Clayton- One of the best, but no tcase protection.

IRO- Great design, but everyone is against the single bolt, and the cam adjuster. No tcase protection.

I need something, but I'm very undecided.

RE? I have the RE kit and I love it. The arms are beefy as hell, and it has a tranny/tcase skid - 1/4" plate and powder coated. But it is $1095
