advantages of bigger tires??

This is my XJ with about a 4 inch lift and 31 inch tires. looks great and performs just as well as stock IMHO. There is a little rub on the front tires when turning but I am going to trim the fenders. I would always recomend bigger tires, my brothers XJ (stock height) has 235/75R15 which is bigger than stock, but looks and performs the same.

a 15x8 wheel be fine you will need more backspacing ( lower number)somewhere in the neighborhood of 4-3.75" should be good
