Default Adding Extra rubber coil spring isolators question

Guys, I have no lift and trying to avoid it ..heh heh (don't ask )...
my question is:
is it OK to add another spring isolator on each side in addition to the original ones in place?. I 've got pair of these from quadratec: http://www.quadratec.com/products/56020_100.htm
They are rubber, but have some hard core.
I just want a very little "lift" as with DC-1 wheels and Cooper ATR 265/70/R15 after a bit of fenders edge trimming and moving the fleres slightly back it's OK BUT! I still get a little bit of rubbing from time to time at some angle of cornering when flexing at the same time.

As the other "option" I was thinking of buying new springs, but I have no idea if it would do any good. Or is it possible that new springs will give me a 1/4 - 1/2 inch up? Mine are '96 with 200K plus.

thanks for your thoughts in advance

When I had my BB lift from Rustys the directions said you could leave in the stock isolator along with adding their 2'' spacer for added lift, so I dont think there would be any problem with doing this with a spacer this small

Uh, cool guys, thanks a bunch. I was just not so sure about that. I gotta try it, hopping to solve my little "problem" .... I guess I can call it - "Micro BB"
