ACCEL plugs, rotor, cap, wires review needed

Unless things have changed since they first came out, Accel plugs are just re-badged Nippon Denso plugs. Usually you can get the ND plugs cheaper than the Accel.
I run the Standard ignition caps with brass contacts, which is really the big selling point of the Accel caps. Again, usually cheaper than Accel with the same "benefits".
Personally, I run NGK plugs in everything I've ever owned and have had ZERO problems with them. I used to run a big-block Chevelle with a 300+ shot of N2O and the only plug I could find that would withstand that kind of abuse was NGKs so I've stuck with them.

I've always used Autolite coppers, but the wires, cap, and rotor vary tune-up to tune-up. I get 20 mpg max on the highway. What things could I do to get better MPG?
