AC squeal from dash--Not blower motor

AC squeal from dash--Not blower motor
I have a very high pitched squeal from somewhere in the dash only when the AC is on. I don't think it's the blower motor, since the noise goes away when the blower is on in the "vent" mode. Any ideas?

I guess that would help! I have a 1996 4.0L. A vacuum leak makes sense. It does sound like that--extremely annoying!
