Have a 95 and my air seems to blow pretty cold but idk how hard it puts out like I'm still hot it blows about as far as my steering wheel

 

You pull the dash back a little, and check to make sure all the vent tubes are connected.

 

Do all of the blower motor fan speeds work?

 

Yeah the max, norm, and bi leve all work

 

mine was doing this my evap was clogged from 20 plus years of dust and such i removed my blower motor and resistor inside and sprayed it with a garden hose the dirt ran into a turkey pan isat on pass floorboard and out the drain made a big difference

 

Would that not let air into the system?
