hi all, just replaced ac pump because bearing was dead and made a hell of a noise, been for a few plays in mud and water and bearing is making noises again.. does anyone water proof or anything to stop this ... i have seen the pulley thing some of you guys use to get rid of ac altogether...if i go this way has anyone got a link to were i can order one as i will have to bring it into new Zealand....cheers

 

are you sure it just hasnt got something behind the pulley, very unusual for the bearing to go so quickly if fitted correctly, I have been using a Cherokee for the last 3 years and we get loads of water, also use in quarries etc and never had an issue
