i just a 1997 jeep cherokee. and it only works on high setting which is 4 and not the lower ones. it blows hot air i know that just needs to be recharged. so is there like a relay switch for the ac that could have failed. if so where is its location. the temp is going to be over 100 for the next week and i would like to get that fixed as soon as i can.

 

There is a pressure switch for the compressor. If there is not enough feon it wount let it kick on.
