AC/ HEATER Making a weird noise?

Default AC/ HEATER Making a weird noise?
I have a 95 cherokee, and every time i turn the ac/heat on it makes a weird noise and sounds like somethings grinding? any help on what it could be?

It might be your blower motor starting to go bad.
