Default ac fan resistors

the wires going to the fan resistor have melted for speeds 1,2 & 3.
Jeep service indicated it could be a faulty blower motor.

The resistors are fine , I replaced them but it didn't help.

any Ideas?

Does the blower motor work on high? is there room to repair the wires?

if it only works on high, and not 1-3, it IS the resistor. check again.
