Default AC blower fan

Trying hard to get this 90 Laredo ready for NC inspection. I was also looking forward to having a truck with AC. Been a long time since I have had one.
This 90 had the coldest AC while idling of any I have seen until the last day. Now the fan motor won't come on. Fuse is good. I checked for 12 volts at the connector near the motor and nothing.
IS there a relay under the engine for the motor? I also cannot find y book for the Jeep.
This thing has just about caused me to go mad.
Any help?

While installing a stereo it pushed the connector off of the back of the heater control. Hooked it back up and works great again
