Default ABS flashes on disables cruise control???

2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee

When driving between 75 and 80 with the cruise control on, the ABS indicator light flashes and the cruise control kicks off and I get a "SERVICE ELECTRONIC BRAKE SYSTEM" message.
The only way I can use the cruise control again is to stop and shut off the car and start driving again.

Any ideas?

Thanks
