I bought one from a friend that needed the money. Was planning on putting this on the wifes jeep but not ready to drop 300-400 on a driveshaft. Does anyone run one of these (part # 50-7906) and able to use a CV front shaft? Kinda new with XJ's so i'm not sure what works and what don't. It has the AX-15 and 231.

as long as you have an auto tranny and the truck you get a driveshaft has an auto tranny youl be fine

 

no it wont im in the same boat if u had an auto u could but the ax15 is shorter best bet is to grab a good used front ds outa a bronco and have it shortened alot cheaper then a fully built unit.....
