4wheelparts.com sales the series 58, 15x8, black, steelies, 3.75 bs, for $56 a piece! & depending on how much lift ya want roughcountry.com has some cheap kits, or you could do the JY lift with: S10 leaf packs, F150 coils, TJ brake lines, then pick up some procomp ES3000 shocks also at 4wheelparts for $32 each!
Good luck

Look around on Craigslist for a set of steel wheels.
I have seen steel rims and tires sell for $100 - $150 for a set of 4 - 5.
Then get them painted or powder coated.
Powder coating may be more expensive, but may also be better in the long run.
My plan is to acquire a set of used steel wheels cheap enough, and get them power coated. Not all at once, maybe 2 each month. Though it may be cheaper to get them done all at once. It's the same old story, I can squirrel away $50 every two weeks but for some reason getting $100 a month in one shot can be tough.
Wife and three kids here .... no car payment but I am paying college tuition for two of those three kids with the third one not far behind.
From your area ( ones that are not black can be painted/coated )
