Default 99 xj shutting off "no bus"

So yesterday I was on my way to work and my xj shuts off at bout 65 miles per hour. I tried starting it but it would just crank. Waited for bout 5 mins and started up. After bout 10 mins it did the same and waited bout 5 mins and started again. This happened bout 3 times till it wouldn't start anymore. I replaced the ignition rotor and cleaned and inspected the CPS and the coil. both were still good and put it back in. Still no start. I then replaced the pick-up coil and it started up quick. Now gauges don't work "no bus" signal is on and it feels that it takes long for the xj to pick up speed. Power is there. I've read many things on this issue but no positive outcomes. I need help with this I'm breaking my head trying to figure this out.

"pick up coil" Which part are you referring two? The camshaft position sensor?

Problem is likely the crankshaft position sensor. Mopar parts should only be used for these critical sensors.

Ok, so I'm under the hood looking for an easier way to remove the CPS and looked over to the coil to make sure it was bolted down correctly and notice that one of the grounds was off. Placed it back and everything back to normal.
