Default 99 XJ lift question

Hi I am new to this site but I am looking for help choosing what lift to put on my 99 XJ. I live in Florida and I do no rock crawling or anything that needs a lot of flex, this XJ is my wife's old car and has 207k on all original everything but suprisingly dosen't burn oil so it is getting turned into a hunting vehicle with maybe 5k a year on the road. I have a set of 34x10.50x15 superswamper LTB on factory jeep rims, so I am looking to make the LTB fit as easy and cheaply as possible, I am thinking about either a 3" ruff country lift with trimming or a 4.5 ruff country lift but I don't want to put a slip yoke eliminator on it. Also I have heard people talk about cutting and rolling the fenders how do you do that I am a good tech but a awful bodyman.

Fenders aren't necessarily difficult to roll, if you're doing it with a machine, but it does take a certain amount of experience and knowledge to do it so that it looks proper and clean.

What's your reasoning for not wanting to do a SYE?
