99 Xj 4.0. Killed battery, charged now no fire. HELP

I seemed to have killed my battery in my 99 by leaving the dome light on. I charged it up with the batt charger today and it cranks but wont fire. I pulled a plug, and I am getting spark. I can hear the fuel pump turning on when I turn the key, but it wont fire.

Ideas? It ran the other day when I put in in the garage to wax and clean out. Thts when I left the dome light on I guess..

Shot some carb cleaner into the TB and got it to fire at least. Finally get it to start. Gas smelled funky too. Filled it up with fresh gas and drive 30 miles. Seems to be OK now. Strange.
