the canyon rims look nice some with the black on them, so with 8'' width and 30x9.50r15 there is no rubbing and it will look like its almost even with the standard fender flare eventho there is a 5.5'' backspace ?
How much lift do you have?
No rubbing here with 31s and a 3" lift.

Why does it come with shackles and blocks? You can get 2" shackles for the rear, I don't recommend running lift blocks with the stock leaf springs, but I don't see a problem with running a 2" spacer in the front. I don't know how much the Rocky Road kit is but you can get a 2" spacer an shackle kit for less than $100 on eBay or Amazon.

well, ive read quite a few threads and get a lot of mixed messages, some say this some say that its hard to determ whats good or not since ive never had to put a lift on, its first time and i read a lot of good reactions on the rocky road one which is btw 161$ and comes with 2'' shock extentions for front and rear so you dont have to replace those.. just yet maybe. its 1,5'' shackle and 0.5'' axle block.. i couldnt tell you why i figured a pro had figured that out and would be the best way

ivhear alot of horror storires about people never getting what they ordered and their customer service sucks. There are plenty of budget boosts out there, i just myslef wouldnt go with them....if your suspension system like your lead springs are in bad shape, i would freshen those up before going budget boost.

$160 seems expensive for what you said comes in the kit..spacers, tiny block, shackles, extensions ubolts and no shocks? I'll have to look at other BB, but seems a bit high.

i thought that was a fair price since the extentions keep the price down of buying 4 new shocks, but part from all that only arguement i see is the mini axle blocks of 0.5'' are not recommended for the stock leaf springs, im not sure why i have to read about that more.

thanks for the replies i sure am confused again lol thought had it all figured out

ok, i got my hands on a set of rims with tires

15x8 American Racing rims with -19mm offset with 30's (as the ad said)

so the rims and tires are not even with the standard fender flares and stick out about 1 inch, the guy said in his ad that these tires were 30'' but when i put them on realized they are 31 and little over. im happy with the rims the tires im not sure but going to have to make this work.

i have a lift kit on the way, 2'' spacers for the front and 2'' shock extentions for front and rear and full 2,5'' add-a-leaf for the rear. i did this cause the rear is always so depending on your load and i rather have it higher than lower. i just hope that the lift will fix the rubbing on the front standard fender flares.. it looks like i might have to trim or get wider flares cant tell have to wait for few days for the lift kit to come in.

marc

the rims im happy with the center caps look cheap chrome plastic might end up making those completely black so the axle nut is at least covered.

edit: i paid 300$ for the set of 4 with tires
