99 sport wiper do park any place on the windshield. the delay does't work at all. So I don't bang my head on the wall any help out there

 

my buddy has a 90's sport and it just wipes allthe time hahaha

 

The bad news is that you need to have a new wiper motor. The good news is that you might be able to pull the plug off the unit and check that the contacts are still good. There is a "Park mode" for all wiper motors. And if they don't park, they're in need of replacement. It's not a hard job, and it is a PITA (pain in the adamsapple). But that's what you're facing.
