You say it's constant... Does it speed up with the engine rpms or stay steady at varying rpm ranges?? A piece of wooden broomstick (or similar piece of timber) placed at different suspect areas will carry the sound and allow you to pin point it.. Just put the stick against where you think the sound is coming from and put your ear to it. Try different areas until you locate it.... Kinda like playing hot or cold

Well to update the thread, I took the trans out of my jeep and found that my flywheel was cracked all around the crank bolt areas. It was completely cracked through only thing holding on was less than a quarter inch that was not visible looking through the rest of the flywheels crack, and seeing sunlight coming through. So changed this and jeeps back to normal.
