Default 99+ intake mod done!!!

So, before I took the doors off. This is what I did what do you guys think? I have the 99+ intake and injectors, and the TB is bored out 63mm. What a difference!!! Here are the before and after pix......

was there a big difference in power? I was also looking at doing this to if and when i take the head off to get it shaved and rebuilt. was it a hard install? can't wait to here more about this!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a hard job, just make sure you look into the power steering bracket. If you can get the bracket and intake off the same XJ. That will make it alot easier, other then that this is a direct bolt on. As for power, yes it feels good, I havn't opened her up yet, just for the fact that I'm taking it easy so all the sensor set their peremeters. but feels much better, torquey!!!!

97+ will not need the P/S brackt....FYI

this mod does add a good amount of LOW end. specially when you first press the throttle.
